Elite Property launched in 1999 and in the 20 years of trading has built a reputation for quality service and great product offerings in and around the Coventry area. Elite was established with the objective of taking an all new and much needed fresh approach to the property market. Over the years, Elite Property has specialised in Lettings, Property Management and Property Sales. Having had no luck with a previous local estate agent we asked Elite Property to sell our house. Linda found us a buyer within 3 days! We then dealt mainly with Linda and Craig and found them both to be friendly, professional and reliable. As the house was vacant they were happy to go to the property to deal with requests by the new buyer to let in various people for surveys and assessments etc so that we did not have to attend at all. Appointments were kept on time, all calls to the office were handled professionally and courteously and someone would always get back to us if we left a message. We were kept up to date with the sale process right through to completion, which took just over three months. I am happy to recommend Elite and would definitely use them again.

I can honestly say without Craig my property would not have sold. Many tried and gave up but Craig made sure he found the perfect buyers for me. His intuition, experience, patience, professionalism, advice and compassion made sure we sold. I have used several local established estate and letting agents over a considerable number of years. They generally fall into two categories in my experience. One type will tell you ever thing they feel you want to hear re price and how busy they are with queues of buyers at their door. Once you're signed up and stuck with them for 16 weeks or more you notice the silence and then the blarney comes into play... The other type which are extremely rare will tell you they will do their best and make no false promises and if you are really lucky will be flexible, reasonable and most important will appreciate that both selling AND buying are major events to most people and not the same as buying a bag of sweets... Mrs Perry and subsequently Mr Headley have both been polite, and most important very understanding of any concerns I have had re my sale while remaining as professional as one would wish others were and could be if they showed a little more insight.
