I joined Elite Property in 2015 as the HMO Manager. Houses in Multiple Occupancy is a fast growing area of the private rented market in Coventry. We at Elite are determined to provide the best service possible in this complex field.

Over the years I have gained a vast knowledge and experience in the private sector, recently working for Coventry City Council as a HMO licensing officer, Accreditation officer and Private Rented Accommodations officer. In the 8 years at the local authority I have worked closely with private landlords, both universities and other agencies, one of the ways was through organising landlord forums.

 

I am fully trained in the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) a system used by local authorities to make sure that private rented properties meet certain health and safety standards. I have many years of experience in inspecting properties ranging from small residential lets to large Houses in multiple occupation, including student lets, bedsits and self contained apartments.
