Elite Property have an opportunity for a skilled maintenance contractor or handyman to help manage a portfolio of properties across Coventry on a part/full time basis.

Day to day duties

  • General repairs
  • Removal and disposing of excess rubbish
  • Gardening
  • Painting and decorating
  • Plumbing and basic electrical works
  • Basic carpentry
  • Collecting various materials for jobs across Coventry


Previous experience in this role and own transport (essential) with an ability to work alone and to high personal standards.
